Helaman 14:4

therefore there shall be one day and a night, and a day, as if it were one day, and there were no night; and this shall be unto you for a sign; for ye shall know of the rising of the sun, and also of its setting; therefore they shall know of a surety that there shall be two days and a night; nevertheless the night shall not be darkened; and it shall be the night before he is born.

“So there will be one day, then a night, then another day. It will be like one long day with no night. This will be your sign. You will see the sun rise. You will see it set. So you will know there are two days and a night. But the night will not be dark. This will be the night before he is born.”

“So you’ll have one day, then a night, then another day—but it’ll all be bright as if it were one long day with no night at all. You’ll still see the sun rise and set, so you’ll know two days have passed with a night between them. But that night won’t be dark. It’ll be the night before he’s born.”
