yea, and it bringeth to pass the condition of repentance, that whosoever repenteth, the same is not hewn down and cast into the fire; but whosoever repenteth not, is hewn down and cast into the fire, and there cometh upon them again a spiritual death, yea, a second death, for they are cut off again as to things pertaining to righteousness;

Simple English

'It makes it possible for people to change. Anyone who changes won’t be cut down and thrown in the fire. But anyone who doesn’t change will be cut down and thrown in the fire. A spiritual death will come to them again. A second death. They are cut off again from what is right.'

Paraphrase

'It makes turning back to God possible. Those who turn back won’t be chopped down and thrown into the fire. But those who refuse to turn back will be chopped down and thrown in. A second spiritual death will come on them—they’ll be cut off again from everything having to do with what’s right.'
