But if ye will repent and return unto the Lord your God, I will turn away mine anger saith the Lord; yea, thus saith the Lord, Blessed are they who will repent and turn unto me, but wo unto him that repenteth not;

Changes

Simple English

“But if you will change and return to the Lord your God, I will turn away my anger, says the Lord. The Lord says: Blessed are those who will change and turn to me. But it will be terrible for those who don’t change!”

Paraphrase

“But if you turn back to the Lord your God, I’ll hold back my anger, says the Lord. Those who repent and come back to me are blessed. But trouble is coming for those who refuse.”
