And if the Lord shall say, Because of thine iniquities, thou shalt be cut off from my presence, and he will cause that it shall be so.—

Changes

And if the Lord shall say, —Because of thine iniquities, thou shalt be cut off from my presence, and —he will cause that it shall be so.—

Simple English

If the Lord says a man will be cut off from his presence because of his sins, he will make it happen.

Paraphrase

If the Lord says, “Because of your wickedness, you’re cut off from my presence,” he makes it happen.
