Ether 8:22

and whatsoever nation shall uphold such secret combinations, to get power and gain, until they shall spread over the nation, behold, they shall be destroyed, for the Lord will not suffer that the blood of his saints, which shall be shed by them, shall always cry unto him from the ground for vengeance upon them, and yet he avengeth them not;

Any nation that allows these secret groups to get power and wealth will be destroyed. When these groups spread across the nation, God will destroy that nation. The Lord will not let the blood of his people who are killed by these groups keep crying to him from the ground for revenge without doing something about it.

Any nation that allows these secret conspiracies to gain power and spread will be destroyed. The Lord won’t let the blood of his people—murdered by these conspirators—cry out to him from the ground forever without answering. He will avenge them.
