Ether 7:19

wherefore the son of Noah did build up his kingdom in his stead; nevertheless they did not gain power any more over Shule the king; and the people which were under the reign of Shule the king, did prosper exceedingly and wax great.

So the son of Noah built up his kingdom instead. But they did not get power over Shule the king anymore. The people under the rule of Shule the king did very well and grew great.

Noah’s son built up his own kingdom after that. But he never gained power over King Shule again. The people under Shule’s rule thrived and grew strong.
