And this cometh unto you, O ye Gentiles, that ye may know the decrees of God, that ye may repent, and not continue in your iniquities until the fulness be come, that ye may not bring down the fulness of the wrath of God upon you, as the inhabitants of the land hath hitherto done.

Simple English

This message comes to you who are not God’s people. It comes so you may know God’s rules. You should stop doing wrong things. Don’t keep sinning until you become really bad. Then you won’t bring God’s full anger on yourselves like the people who lived here before.

Paraphrase

I’m telling you this so you can understand God’s decree. Turn back from your sins now. Don’t keep going until wickedness is complete, or you’ll bring God’s full anger down on you—just like those who lived here before.
