Ether 15:19

But behold, the spirit of the Lord had ceased striving with them, and satan had full power over the hearts of the people, for they were given up unto the hardness of their hearts, and the blindness of their minds, that they might be destroyed; wherefore they went again to battle.

But the Spirit of the Lord had stopped working with them. Satan had complete control of their hearts. They were stuck with hard hearts and closed minds so they would be destroyed. So they went to fight again.

But the Spirit had stopped trying to reach them. Satan had complete control over their hearts. They’d been given over to their own hardness and blindness, sealed for destruction. So they went back to battle.
