And when these things come, bringeth to pass the Scripture which saith, There are they which were first, which shall be last; and there are they which were last, which shall be first.

And when these things come, bringeth to pass the Sscripture which saith, Tthere are they whicho were first, whicho shall be last; and there are they whicho were last, whicho shall be first.
Simple English
When these things come, they make the Scripture come true. It says: Those who were first will be last. Those who were last will be first.
Paraphrase
When all this happens, it will fulfill the scripture that says: Those who were first will be last, and those who were last will be first.
