Ether 12:16

yea, and even all they which wrought miracles, wrought them by faith, even those which were before Christ, and also them which were after.

All who did miracles did them by faith. This was true for those who lived before Christ and those who came after.

Everyone who’s ever performed a miracle did it through faith—those who lived before Christ and those who came after.
