Enos 1:9

Now, it came to pass that when I had heard these words, I began to feel a desire for the welfare of my brethren, the Nephites; wherefore, I did pour out my whole soul unto God for them.

When I heard these words, I began to want good things for my brothers, the Nephites. So I poured out my whole soul to God for them.

After I heard that, I started feeling this deep concern for my people, the Nephites. I poured out my whole soul to God for them.
