Alma 9:24

For behold, the promises of the Lord, are extended to the Lamanites, but they are not unto you, if ye transgress: for hath not the Lord expressly promised and firmly decreed, that if ye will rebel against him, that ye shall utterly be destroyed from off the face of the earth?

“The Lord’s promises are given to the Lamanites. But they are not for you if you sin. Hasn’t the Lord clearly promised and firmly decided that if you rebel against him, you will be completely destroyed from the earth?”

“The Lord’s promises extend to the Lamanites—but not to you if you rebel. Hasn’t the Lord clearly promised and firmly declared that if you rebel against him, you will be utterly destroyed from the face of the earth?”
