for he will not suffer you that ye shall live in you iniquities, to destroy his people. I say unto you, Nay; he would rather suffer that the Lamanites might destroy all this people which is called the people of Nephi, if it were possible that they could fall into sins and transgressions, after having so much light and so much knowledge given unto them of the Lord their God;

Paraphrase

'He won’t let you live in your evil ways and destroy his people. Let me be clear: he would rather let the Lamanites wipe out all of Nephi’s people than watch you fall into sin after receiving so much light and knowledge from the Lord your God.'
