Alma 9:14

Now I would that ye should remember, that inasmuch as the Lamanites have not kept the commandments of God, they have been cut off from the presence of the Lord. Now we see that the word of the Lord hath been verified in this thing, and the Lamanites have been cut off from his presence, from the beginning of their transgressions in the land.

“Remember that because the Lamanites have not kept God’s commandments, they have been cut off from the Lord’s presence. We see that the Lord’s word has come true in this. The Lamanites have been cut off from his presence since they first sinned in this land.”

“Remember this: because the Lamanites haven’t kept God’s commandments, they’ve been cut off from his presence. We’ve seen the Lord’s word come true. The Lamanites have been cut off from his presence ever since they first rebelled in this land.”
