Alma 62:9

And the men of Pachus received their trial, according to the law, and also those king-men which had been taken and cast into prison; and they were executed according to the law; yea, those men of Pachus, and those king-men, whosoever would not take up arms in the defence of their country, but would fight against it, were put to death.—

The men of Pachus had a trial according to the law. The king-men who had been taken and put in prison also had a trial. They were killed according to the law. Those men of Pachus and those king-men who would not pick up weapons to defend their country were put to death. Those who would fight against their country were put to death.

Pachus’s men stood trial according to the law, along with all the king-men who had been captured and thrown in prison. Those who refused to take up arms to defend their country—and instead chose to fight against it—were executed according to the law.
