Alma 60:33

Ye know that ye do transgress the laws of God, and ye do know that ye do trample them under your feet. Behold, the Lord saith unto me, If those whom ye have appointed your governors, do not repent of their sins and iniquities, ye shall go up to battle against them.

You know that you break God’s laws. You know that you step all over them. The Lord says to me: If the governors you have chosen do not turn away from their sins, you will go to battle against them.

You know you’re breaking God’s laws. You know you’re trampling them underfoot. The Lord told me: ‘If those you’ve appointed as governors don’t repent of their sins, you must go to war against them.’
