Alma 56:7

But in the twenty and sixth year, when they saw our afflictions and our tribulations for them, they were about to break the covenant which they had made, and take up their weapons of war in our defence.

But in the 26th year, they saw our hard times and troubles. They almost broke the promise they had made. They almost took up their weapons to help us.

“But in the twenty-sixth year, when they saw the hard times we were going through for their sake, they almost broke that covenant. They were ready to take up weapons to defend us.”
