Alma 56:15

And these are the cities which they possessed when I arrived at the city of Judea; and I found Antipus and his men toiling with their mights to fortify the city;

They had taken these cities when I arrived at the city of Judea. I found Antipus and his men working hard to make the city stronger.

“When I arrived at Judea, these were the cities they controlled. I found Antipus and his men working day and night to fortify the city.”
