Alma 53:20

And they were all young men, and they were exceeding valiant for courage, and also for strength and activity; but behold, this was not all: they were men which were true at all times in whatsoever thing they were entrusted;

They were all young men. They were very brave, strong, and quick. But that’s not all. They could always be trusted with anything.

They were all young, and they had exceptional courage, strength, and energy. But that wasn’t all—they were completely trustworthy in everything entrusted to them.
