And now my brethren, I would that ye should hear me, for I speak in the energy of my soul; for behold, I have spoken unto you plain, that ye cannot err, or have spoken according to the commandments of God.

Brothers, I want you to listen to me. I speak with all my heart. I have spoken clearly to you so you won’t make mistakes. I have spoken as God commands.

Paraphrase

My brothers and sisters, listen to me. I’m speaking with all the energy of my soul. I’ve spoken plainly so you can’t misunderstand. I’ve spoken according to God’s commands.
