Alma 5:4

And behold, I say unto you, they were delivered out of the hands of the people of king Noah, by the mercy and power of God.

They were saved from the hands of the people of King Noah. God showed them mercy and used his power to save them.

They were delivered from the hands of king Noah’s people by God’s mercy and power.
