Alma 49:14

But behold, to their astonishment, the city of Noah, which had hitherto been a weak place, had now, by the means of Moroni, become strong; yea, even to exceed the strength of the city Ammonihah.

But to their surprise, the city of Noah, which had been a weak place, was now very strong because of Moroni. It was even stronger than the city of Ammonihah.

But when they arrived, they got another shock. Noah had always been weak, but now—thanks to Moroni—it was stronger than even Ammonihah.
