And it came to pass also, that he caused the title of liberty to be hoisted upon every tower which was in all the land, which was possessed by the Nephites; and thus Moroni planted the standard of liberty among the Nephites.

Moroni had the title of liberty put up on every tower in all the land that the Nephites had. This is how Moroni put up the sign of liberty among the Nephites.

Moroni also had the Title of Liberty raised on every tower throughout Nephite territory. That’s how Moroni planted the banner of freedom among his people.
