But behold, I have somewhat to prophesy unto thee; but what I prophesy unto thee, ye shall not make known; yea, what I prophesy unto thee shall not be made known, even until the prophecy is fulfilled; therefore write the words which I shall say.

“But I have something to tell you about the future. What I tell you, you must not make known. Yes, what I tell you must not be made known until it happens. So write down the words I will say.”

Paraphrase

“But I have something to prophesy to you. What I’m about to say, you must keep secret. Don’t reveal it until the prophecy comes true. Write down these words.”
