Alma 45:2

And it came to pass in the nineteenth year of the reign of the Judges over the people of Nephi, that Alma came unto his son Helaman, and saith unto him, Believest thou the words which I spake unto thee concerning those records which have been kept?

In the nineteenth year that the judges ruled over the people of Nephi, Alma came to his son Helaman. He said to him: “Do you believe the words I spoke to you about those records that have been kept?”

In the nineteenth year of the judges’ rule, Alma came to his son Helaman. “Do you believe what I told you about these sacred records we’ve been keeping?”
