And he said, Thus saith the Lord God: Cursed shall be the land, yea, this land, unto every nation, kindred, tongue, and people, unto destruction, which do wickedly, when they are fully ripe; and as I have said, so shall it be: for this is the cursing and the blessing of God upon the land, for the Lord cannot look upon sin with the least degree of allowance.

Changes

And he said,: Thus saith the Lord God: Cursed shall be the land, yea, this land, unto every nation, kindred, tongue, and people, unto destruction, which do wickedly, when they are fully ripe; and as I have said, so shall it be:; for this is the cursing and the blessing of God upon the land, for the Lord cannot look upon sin with the least degree of allowance.

Simple English

He said: “The Lord God says this: The land will be cursed. Yes, this land will be cursed to destruction for every nation, family, language, and people who do wicked things when they are fully ripe. As I have said, so it will be. This is the curse and the blessing of God upon the land, for the Lord cannot allow sin at all.”

Paraphrase

He said, “This is what the Lord God declares: This land will be cursed for every nation, tribe, language, and people who do evil when their wickedness is ripe. Just as I’ve said, so it will be. This is the curse and the blessing of God on the land—the Lord cannot tolerate sin, not even a little.”
