Alma 42:28

If he hath desired to do evil, and hath not repented in his days, behold, evil shall be done unto him, according to the restoration of God.

If he wanted to do evil and didn’t repent during his life, then evil will be done to him. This is how God restores things.

If someone has chosen to do evil and hasn’t repented while alive, then evil will be done to them, according to God’s restoration.
