But behold, if ye will awake and arouse your faculties, even to an experiment upon my words, and exercise a particle of faith; yea, even if ye can no more than desire to believe, let this desire work in you, even until ye believe in a manner that ye can give place for a portion of my words.

Changes

But behold, if ye will awake and arouse your faculties, even to an experiment upon my words, and exercise a particle of faith;, yea, even if ye can no more than desire to believe, let this desire work in you, even until ye believe in a manner that ye can give place for a portion of my words.

Simple English

If you will wake up and use your mind to try my words, and use even a little bit of faith, even if you can only want to believe, let that want work in you until you believe enough to make room for some of my words.

Paraphrase

'But if you’ll wake up and use your mind—if you’ll experiment with my words and exercise even a tiny bit of faith—even if all you have is a desire to believe, let that desire grow in you until you can make room for some of what I’m saying.'
