Behold, the field was ripe, and blessed are ye, for ye did thrust in the sickle, and did reap with your mights, yea, all the day long did ye labor; and behold the number of your sheaves, and they shall be gathered into the garners, that they are not wasted;

Simple English
The field was ready. You are blessed because you used the sickle and worked hard. You worked all day long. Look at the number of bundles you have. They will be put in the barns so they are not wasted.
Paraphrase
“The harvest was ready, and you jumped in with everything you had. You worked from dawn to dusk, cutting and gathering. Look at all these sheaves—they’ll be stored safely in the barn where nothing can ruin them.”
