aAnd as sure as the Lord liveth, so sure as many as believed, or as many as were brought to the knowledge of the truth, through the preaching of Ammon and his brethren, according to the spirit of revelation and of prophecy, and the power of God, working miracles in them; yea, I say unto you, as the Lord liveth, as many of the Lamanites as believed in their preaching, and were converted unto the Lord, never did fall away,.

Simple English

As the Lord lives, all who believed never turned away. They learned the truth through the teaching of Ammon and his friends. The Spirit showed them what was true. God worked miracles through them. I tell you, as the Lord lives, all the Lamanites who believed in their teaching and became believers in the Lord never fell away.

Paraphrase

As surely as the Lord lives, every person who came to know the truth through the preaching of Ammon and his brothers—through the Spirit of revelation and prophecy, through God’s power working miracles among them—everyone who believed their message and turned to the Lord never fell away.
