And it came to pass that king Lamoni was much pleased with Ammon, and caused that his bands should be loosed; and he would that Ammon should take one of his daughters to wife.

King Lamoni was very pleased with Ammon. He had Ammon’s ropes untied. He wanted Ammon to marry one of his daughters.

King Lamoni was impressed with Ammon. He had him untied and offered him one of his daughters as a wife.
