And again: My brethren, I would cite your minds forward to the time which the Lord God gave these commandments unto his children; and I would that ye should remember that the Lord God ordained Priests, after his holy order, which was after the order of his Son, to teach these things unto the people;

Changes

Simple English

I want you to think back to the time when the Lord God gave these commands to his children. Remember that the Lord God chose priests by his holy order. This order was the same as the order of his Son. The priests taught these things to the people.

Paraphrase

Let me take you back to when God first gave these commandments to his people. Remember how the Lord appointed priests according to his holy order—the same pattern modeled after his Son—to teach these truths to the people?
