3 Nephi 7:21

And it came to pass that the thirty and first year did pass away, and there were but few which were converted unto the Lord; but as many as were converted, did truly signify unto the people that they had been visited by the power and spirit of God, which was in Jesus Christ, in whom they believed.—

The thirty-first year passed away. Only a few people were changed and became believers in the Lord. But as many as were changed told the people that they had been visited by the power and Spirit of God, which was in Jesus Christ. That is who they believed in.

The thirty-first year passed, and only a few were converted to the Lord. But those who were converted testified clearly to the people that they’d been touched by the power and Spirit of God—the Spirit that was in Jesus Christ, the one they believed in.
