and as he hath covenanted with all the house of Jacob, even so shall the covenant wherewith he hath covenanted with the house of Jacob, be fulfilled in his own due time, unto the restoring all the house of Jacob unto the knowledge of the covenant that he hath covenanted with them;

Simple English

He made a promise to the family of Jacob. At the right time, he will keep that promise. He will bring all of Jacob’s family back to understand the promise he made to them.

Paraphrase

The promise he made to the house of Jacob will be fulfilled in his own time—he’ll bring all of Jacob’s family back to understand the covenant he made with them.
