3 Nephi 29:9

therefore ye need not suppose that ye can turn the right hand of the Lord unto the left, that he may not execute judgement unto the fulfilling of the covenant which he hath made unto the house of Israel.

So you don’t need to think you can change the Lord’s plans. He will carry out his judgment to keep the promise he made to Israel.

Don’t think you can twist God’s arm or stop him from carrying out the judgment and fulfillment he promised to Israel.
