And it shall come to pass, when the Lord seeth fit in his wisdom, that they shall minister unto all the scattered tribes of Israel, and unto all nations, kindred, tongues and people, and shall bring out of them unto Jesus many souls, that their desire may be fulfilled, and also because of the convincing power of God which is in them;

Simple English

When the Lord thinks it is the right time, they will teach all the scattered tribes of Israel. They will teach all nations, families, languages, and people. They will bring many people to Jesus. This way their wish will come true. They will do this because of the convincing power of God that is in them.

Paraphrase

When the Lord sees fit, they’ll minister to all the scattered tribes of Israel and to all nations, peoples, languages, and cultures. They’ll bring many people to Jesus, fulfilling their desire. And they’ll succeed because God’s convincing power is in them.
