3 Nephi 23:2

For surely he spake as touching all things concerning my people which are of the house of Israel; therefore it must needs be that he must speak also to the Gentiles.

He spoke about all things for my people who are from the house of Israel. So he must also speak to the Gentiles.

“He spoke about everything concerning my people—the house of Israel. So he must also be speaking to the Gentiles.”
