3 Nephi 21:22

But if they will repent, and hearken unto my words, and harden not their hearts, I will establish my church among them, and they shall come in unto the covenant, and be numbered among this the remnant of Jacob, unto whom I have given this land for their inheritance,

But if they will repent and listen to my words and not harden their hearts, I will set up my church among them. They will join the promise. They will be counted among this part of Jacob who I have given this land to.

“But if they turn back, listen to my words, and don’t harden their hearts, I’ll establish my church among them. They’ll enter the covenant and be numbered among this remnant of Jacob, to whom I’ve given this land as their inheritance.
