And behold, this people will I establish in this land, unto the fulfilling of the covenant which I made with your Father Jacob; and it shall be a new Jerusalem. And the powers of heaven shall be in the midst of this people; yea, even I will be in the midst of you.

Changes

Simple English

“I will build up this people in this land. This will fulfill the promise I made with your father Jacob. It will be a new Jerusalem. The powers of heaven will be among this people. I will be among you.”

Paraphrase

“I will establish this people in this land, fulfilling the covenant I made with your ancestor Jacob. It will be a new Jerusalem. The powers of heaven will be among you. I myself will be in your midst.”
