for I will make my people with whom the Father hath covenanted, yea, I will make thy horn iron, and I will make thy hoops brass. And thou shalt beat in pieces many people; and I will consecrate their gain unto the Lord, and their substance unto the Lord of the whole earth. And behold, I am he which doeth it.

Simple English

“I will make my people strong. The Father made a promise to them. I will make your horn iron. I will make your hoops brass. You will beat many people. I will give their riches to the Lord. I will give their things to the Lord of the whole earth. I am the one doing it.”

Paraphrase

“I will make my people—the ones the Father has covenanted with—strong. I’ll make your horn iron and your hooves brass. You’ll crush many peoples, and I will dedicate their wealth to the Lord, their riches to the Lord of all the earth. And I am the one doing this.”
