and then shall the remnants which shall be scattered abroad upon the face of the earth, be gathered in from the east, and from the west, and from the south, and from the north; and they shall be brought to the knowledge of the Lord their God, who hath redeemed them.

Simple English

“Then the people who are scattered all over the earth will be gathered. They will come from the east, west, south, and north. They will learn about the Lord their God, who has saved them.”

Paraphrase

“The remnants scattered across the face of the earth will be gathered from east and west, from south and north. They’ll be brought to know the Lord their God, who has rescued them.”
