3 Nephi 18:28

And now behold, this is the commandment which I give unto you, that ye shall not suffer any one, knowingly, to partake of my flesh and blood unworthily, when ye shall minister it:

“This is the commandment I give you: Don’t let anyone eat my flesh and drink my blood in the wrong way when you give it to them.”

“Here’s the command: don’t knowingly let anyone take part in my flesh and blood if they’re unworthy.”
