3 Nephi 17:16

And after this manner do they bear record; the eye hath never seen, neither hath the ear heard, before, so great and marvellous things as we saw and heard Jesus speak unto the Father;

This is what they said: No one has ever seen or heard anything as great and amazing as what we saw and heard Jesus say to the Father.

This is what they testified: “No eye has ever seen, no ear has ever heard anything as great and marvelous as what we saw and heard Jesus speak to the Father.”
