3 Nephi 16:5

And then will I gather them in from the four quarters of the earth; and then will I fulfil the covenant which the Father hath made unto all the people of the house of Israel.

Then I will gather them from all over the earth. Then I will keep the promise the Father made to all the people of Israel.

Then I’ll gather them from the four corners of the earth. I’ll fulfill the covenant the Father made with all the house of Israel.
