3 Nephi 11:23

Verily I say unto you, that whoso repenteth of his sins through your words, and desireth to be baptized in my name, on this wise shall ye baptize them: Behold, ye shall go down and stand in the water, and in my name shall ye baptize them.

I tell you the truth. If someone is sorry for their sins because of your words and wants to be baptized in my name, this is how you will baptize them. You will go down and stand in the water. In my name you will baptize them.

“I’m telling you: when someone turns from their sins because of your words and wants to be baptized in my name, this is how you do it. You go down into the water with them, and in my name you baptize them.”
