3 Nephi 10:8

And now it came to pass that after the people had heard these words, behold they began to weep and howl again, because of the loss of their kindred and friends.

After the people heard these words, they started to cry and weep again because they had lost their family and friends.

After hearing this, the people began weeping and crying out again, mourning their lost families and friends.
