And if they will not repent and believe in his name, and be baptised in his name, and endure to the end, they must be damned; for the Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, hath spoken it;

Simple English

If they will not turn from their sins and believe in his name and be baptized in his name and keep following until the end, they must be judged guilty. The Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, has said it.

Paraphrase

If they won’t repent and believe in him, if they won’t be baptized in his name and stay faithful to the end, they’ll be damned. The Lord God, the Holy One of Israel, has spoken.
