And cursed shall be the seed of him that mixeth with their seed: for they shall be cursed even with the same cursing. And the Lord spake it, and it was done.

Anyone who marries them will be cursed. Their children will be cursed with the same curse. The Lord said it, and it happened.

Paraphrase

“Anyone who intermarries with them will be cursed with the same curse.” The Lord spoke it, and it happened.
