Nevertheless, notwithstanding the great goodness of the Lord, in shewing me his great and marvellous works, my heart exclaimeth, O wretched man that I am; yea, my heart sorroweth, because of my flesh. My soul grieveth, because of mine iniquities.

But even though the Lord has shown me his great and wonderful works, my heart cries out: I am a terrible person! My heart is sad because of my body. I feel bad because of my sins.
Paraphrase
Yet even with all the Lord’s goodness—even after he’s shown me his great and marvelous works—my heart cries out, 'What a wretched man I am!' My heart aches because of my mortal weaknesses. My soul grieves because of my sins.
