And now, my beloved brethren, and also Jew, and all ye ends of the earth, hearken unto these words, and believe in Christ; and if ye believe not in these words, believe in Christ.

Simple English

And now, my dear brothers, and also Jews, and all you people of the earth, listen to these words. Believe in Christ. If you don’t believe in these words, believe in Christ.

Paraphrase

So listen closely—my dear friends, the Jews, everyone to the ends of the earth: believe in Christ. If you don’t believe these words, at least believe in him.
